Approximately 5:25 this evening, Polk County Fire Rescue was dispatched to the intersection of Central Ave. E. and 1st St. N in Lake Wales in response to a traffic collision.
While members of Lake Wales Police Dept. and other first responders were on scene for over one hour, no injuries required transport.
Be aware of minor debris in the roadway and interaction in this area until it is cleared.
