The City’s Business Impact Fee Mitigation Program offers qualified applicants up to a 90% reduction of applicable impact fees for high-wage job creation. Up to a 50% reduction of applicable impact fees is available to approved applicants who construct new commercial building inventory of at least 20,000 square feet. The Business Incentive Program offers qualified applicants up to a 50% reimbursement match of rehabilitation investment in targeted CRA areas (single-story building); not to exceed $50k.
