The Lake Wales Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying two individuals:
“On December 12, 2024, the suspect pictured below entered the Mann and Hummel building, located at 1230 Scenic Highway. Upon arrival, the suspect approached an employee and inquired about taking some pallets. The employee directed him to find another staff member for further assistance.
“However, the suspect did not approach another employee and, instead, proceeded to take 36 pallets, valued at $406. The suspect is described as a Black male with a beard, wearing a camouflage jacket and blue jeans. He left the scene in a dark-colored SUV, towing a trailer.
“The white male pictured may be involved. He inquired about the pallets on 12/9/24.
