A call was received at 2:45 PM this afternoon with regard to a structure fire at 5301 Dude Ranch Rd. in Lake Wales. Polk County Fire Rescue arrived on scene approximately seven minutes later.
The fire involved a shed, and it is reported that the fire was extinguished by 3 PM. While smoke could be seen by witnesses from nearby roadways, the fire was quickly under control, and no injuries were reported.
