The Polk County Sheriff’s Office is conducting a Firearms Safety Course on Saturday, September 7, from 8 AM to 12 noon at the PCSO Burnham – McCall Training Center, 2201 Old Bartow Eagle Lake Road in Bartow.
The firearm safety course is the same course required by the Florida Dept. Of Agriculture as part of an application to obtain a concealed weapons permit.
Seats must be reserved in advance. Call 863–298–6242 to reserve your seat for the class. The cost of the class is $45; all proceeds go to Polk Sheriff’s Charities, Inc.; the cost is non-refundable.
