Per the City of Lake Wales, the following information pertains to a schedule change in trash collection this week due to the recent storm:
Republic Services has informed the City of Lake Wales of the delay in trash collection. Due to the storm, Monday, August 5 scheduled collection will continue on Tuesday, August 6. The following scheduled days of the week, will be pushed back by one day.
Tuesday, August 6 collection will take place on Wednesday, August 7.
Wednesday, August 7 collection will take place on Thursday, August 8.
Thursday, August 8 collection will take place on Friday, August 9.
Friday, August 9 collection will take place on Saturday, August 10.
