McLaughlin Middle & Fine Arts Academy Is Getting Spruced Up This Summer

Date:

Last week the school started work on a new mural with artist Hamilton Glass. The mural is part of the We Paint Our Path initiative supported by the Florida Education Association and American Federation of Teachers. McLaughlin students, families, employees and community members gave input on their vision for the school, which is being used as the inspiration for the mural.

Members of the McLaughlin community also spent some time on Saturday volunteering for a campus beautification effort. Thanks to all involved for helping McLaughlin shine!
