At approximately 7:22 PM this evening, Polk County Fire Rescue was dispatch to a call regarding a traffic collision at US Highway 60 and Stokes Road in Lake Wales.
The incident seems to have involved only one vehicle. Law-enforcement and first responders are on scene. One party was injured and transported to a local hospital, but no severe injury was reported.
Highway 60 is open in both directions and traffic is moving normally.
