The Lake Wales Charter Schools Foundation held the annual Teacher and Support Staff of the Year Celebration on Monday, April 21, 2025. This award acknowledges the personnel that went above and beyond their respective calls of duty to enrich students lives and education during the 2024-2025 school year.
This year’s winners are as follows:
LWCS Overall Support Person of the Year is Arianne Seidel, Athletic Director at Lake Wales High School.
LWCS Overall Teacher of the Year is Lynn Gramlich, Reading Department Chair at Bok Academy S.
